Who we are
Raja Siddiqui is the founder and Doctor of Physical Therapy behind Bear, working one-on-one with active adults and athletes across South Florida.

Founder · Doctor of Physical Therapy
At Bear, the person treating you is the person who gets to know your goals, watches your progress, and adjusts the plan.
Raja starts by listening. He wants to know what changed, how it affects your life, what you have already tried, and what you need to feel ready to do again.
From there, the work is practical: understand the problem, build the missing pieces, and test that progress against real life.
His goal is not for care to stop when an injury feels better. When appropriate, the continuum can extend into strength training and preparation for sport, lifting, and everyday life.

Raja’s clinical foundation combines formal education, hands-on certifications, safety training, and continuing education that can grow with the practice.

What matters here
You should be able to ask questions, understand why you are doing something, and see how it connects to your sport, training, work, or daily life.
Your history and your goals matter before the first exercise is chosen.
You should know what Raja sees and why the plan looks the way it does.
The work has to hold up during the activity you came back for.
